◄3-Years Warranty

All our PCs come with 3 years warranty, with the 1st year being onsite warranty. That means that if your PC has any issue within the 1st year, we will go down to your place to rectify the issue for free. For the 2nd & 3rd year, you can either bring down your PC to our office or you can opt for our pick up service for $20.

◄Plug & play system

We will install the Windows 10 operating system for you. We will also update the BIOS to the latest version and install all the latest drivers for your components. All you have to do is connect your PC to the power source and monitor and you will be all set to game the night away!

◄5 hours of stress-testing

Every PC will go through a series of strenuous tests before they are being delivered. This is to ensure that your PC will be in its best condition and be able to withstand any heavy usage, lowering the chances of any breakdowns.

◄Component boxes will be given

All the empty packaging will be given to you as a proof that we are using brand new components for your custom PC.

◄Payment Modes

We accept bank transfer, Paynow, Paylah!, Grabpay and Installment Plan through Lazada.

Installment plans are available - a 3% service fee applies. You will need to have a OCBC or DBS credit card. 6 months and 12 months options are available. Drop us a WhatsApp to discuss and finalize the specifications of your PC. After which, we will open a new listing on Lazada and you can just make the installment purchase through the link.
◄What are the limitations of choosing a MATX (Mid-Size) case instead of a ATX (Large-Size)?

Limitation 1: You will not be able to fit in the higher end graphics cards like the RTX 3080 & RTX 3080 Ti due to the physical constraints. If you are not looking to upgrade to these high-end graphics card (costing $2,000+) in the future, this MATX configuration is good for you as it is the most value for money build.

Limitation 2: The airflow will not be as good as the larger size ATX builds. With that said, you don't have to worry that your PC will overheat as we will install 3 or more case fans your PC.

◄How long do I need to wait for my PC?

Most of the time, we are able to deliver the PC the next working day. For more complicated builds, it might take us at most 3 days. Do drop us a message with the specifications you have chosen and we will be able to give you a more accurate delivery date!

◄Will I need to install Windows and drivers myself?

We will handle the essential software installation for you. This includes, your Windows operating system, the latest drivers for your hardware and the most updated version of the BIOS (motherboard software). All you need to do when you receive the PC is to plug in the power cord, your peripherals, hook up your monitor and you’re all set!

◄Can I build my PC with some specific components that are not listed on your website?

Of course you can, we are called a custom PC shop for that exact reason! Just let us know which components you want and we will do up a quotation for you. Dropping us a Whatsapp message will be most convenient and fastest way to get your quote!

◄What is the difference between Gamebox and Compact MATX?: The Mansa Gamebox is for those who are unsure about which componets to choose from. There is lesser selections in the Gamebox to assist you in deciding the different components. These selections are chosen based on price and performance, giving you the best value for your money.

In simple terms, the Gamebox is a simplified version of the Compact MATX listing.
◄How long do I need to wait for my PC?: Most of the time, we are able to deliver the PC the next working day. For more complicated builds, it might take us at most 3 days. Do drop us a message with the specifications you have chosen and we will be able to give you a more accurate delivery date!
◄Will I need to install the Windows and drivers myself?: No bro (or sis)! We will handle the essential software installation for you. ◄Does your custom PC comes with warranty?: All new builds by Mansa Computers are covered with 3 years hardware warranty (1st year onsite i.e. we will head down to your place to rectify the issue). For the remaining 2 years of your warranty, you can opt for our pick-up service for $20 (one-way) or bring your PC down to our workshop at 1 Ubi View #01-22 (408555).
◄I am ready to order, what should I do?: You can place an order here and we will provide a free delivery to you. Mansa's delivery team will liaise with you on the delivery timing before we send out your PC. We usually deliver between 8pm - 10pm daily, including weekends.

Do contact our Desktop Engineer (Max: +65 9665 2180) if you need your PC urgently, so that we can try to schedule an earlier delivery for you!

Technical Questions

◄Wi-Fi & Bluetooth: Can my PC connect to Wi-Fi & Bluetooth?: If the motherboard chosen has a "Wi-Fi & Bluetooth" at the end of its name, then you will be able to connect to Wi-Fi & Bluetooth without the need to add on an additional Wi-Fi & Bluetooth card. All of our Mini ITX motherboards (in this listing) comes with Wi-Fi & Bluetooth capability, so you don't have to worry about it!
◄Dimensions: What are the dimensions of the cases?: Tecware Forge M - 39.0cm (Length) x 20.5cm (Width) x 43.0cm (Height)
Tecware Nexus M - 38.5cm (Length) x 18.5cm (Width) x 40.0cm (Height)
◄Ram: Single channel or dual channel rams?: We always use dual channel for our systems as it is performs better. If you have chosen for 16 GB of ram, we will install 2 sticks of 8 GB ram. Likewise, if you opted for 32 GB of ram, we will use 2 sticks of 16 GB ram.
◄Power Supply: Which power supply should I choose?: We have already condition the listing such that you will not match the wrong power supply to the wrong graphics card. But just for your knowledge, this is the guideline for the power supply needed!

◄Operating System: Will I have to install my own OS if I select the un-activated version of Windows 10?: Nope, we will handle the Operating System for you. We will install the un-activated version of Windows 10 Home 64-Bit operating system if you have chosen the un-activated Windows 10. The PC will still be usable. You can install games and softwares to use on it. However, you will not be able to personalize the PC (change wallpaper/admin names) and there will be a "Windows Activation" water mark at the bottom right hand corner of your screen, which can be quite irritating.
