- ◄How long do I need to wait for my PC?
- Most of the time, we are able to deliver the PC the next working day. For more complicated builds, it might take us at most 3 days. Do drop us a message with the specifications you have chosen and we will be able to give you a more accurate delivery date!
- ◄Will I need to install the Windows and drivers myself?
- No bro (or sis)! We will handle the essential software installation for you. This includes, your Windows operating system, the latest drivers for your hardware and the most updated version of the BIOS (motherboard software). All you need to do when you receive the PC is to plug in the power cord, your peripherals, hook up your monitor and you’re all set!
- ◄Does your custom PC comes with warranty?
- All new builds by Mansa Computers are covered with 3 years hardware warranty (1st year onsite i.e. we will head down to your place to rectify the issue). For the remaining 2 years of your warranty, you can opt for our pick-up service for $20 (one-way) or bring your PC down to our workshop at 1 Ubi View #01-22 (408555).
- ◄I am ready to order, what should I do?
- You can place an order here and we will provide a free delivery to you. Mansa's delivery team will liaise with you on the delivery timing before we send out your PC. We usually deliver between 8pm - 10pm daily, including weekends.
Do contact our Desktop Engineer (Max: +65 9665 2180) if you need your PC urgently, so that we can try to schedule an earlier delivery for you!

- ◄Wi-Fi & Bluetooth: Can my PC connect to Wi-Fi & Bluetooth?
- If the motherboard chosen has a "Wi-Fi & Bluetooth" at the end of its name, then you will be able to connect to Wi-Fi & Bluetooth without the need to add on an additional Wi-Fi & Bluetooth card. All of our Mini ITX motherboards (in this listing) comes with Wi-Fi & Bluetooth capability, so you don't have to worry about it!

- We always use dual channel for our systems as it is performs better. If you have chosen for 16 GB of ram, we will install 2 sticks of 8 GB ram. Likewise, if you opted for 32 GB of ram, we will use 2 sticks of 16 GB ram.
- ◄Power Supply: Which power supply should I choose?
- We have already condition the listing such that you will not match the wrong power supply to the wrong graphics card. But just for your knowledge, this is the guideline for the power supply needed!

- Nope, we will handle the Operating System for you. We will install the un-activated version of Windows 10 Home 64-Bit operating system if you have chosen the un-activated Windows 10. The PC will still be usable. You can install games and softwares to use on it. However, you will not be able to personalize the PC (change wallpaper/admin names) and there will be a "Windows Activation" water mark at the bottom right hand corner of your screen, which can be quite irritating.
