◄3-Years Warranty

All our PCs come with 3 years warranty, with the 1st year being onsite warranty. That means that if your PC has any issue within the 1st year, we will go down to your place to rectify the issue for free. For the 2nd & 3rd year, you can either bring down your PC to our office or you can opt for our pick up service for $20.

◄Plug & play system

We will install the Windows 10 operating system for you. We will also update the BIOS to the latest version and install all the latest drivers for your components. All you have to do is connect your PC to the power source and monitor and you will be all set to game the night away!

◄5 hours of stress-testing

Every PC will go through a series of strenuous tests before they are being delivered. This is to ensure that your PC will be in its best condition and be able to withstand any heavy usage, lowering the chances of any breakdowns.

◄Component boxes will be given

All the empty packaging will be given to you as a proof that we are using brand new components for your custom PC.

◄Payment Modes

We accept bank transfer, Paynow, Paylah!, Grabpay and Installment Plan through Lazada.

Installment plans are available - a 3% service fee applies. You will need to have a OCBC or DBS credit card. 6 months and 12 months options are available. Drop us a WhatsApp to discuss and finalize the specifications of your PC. After which, we will open a new listing on Lazada and you can just make the installment purchase through the link.
◄What are the limitations of choosing a MATX (Mid-Size) case instead of a ATX (Large-Size)?

Limitation 1: You will not be able to fit in the higher end graphics cards like the RTX 3080 & RTX 3080 Ti due to the physical constraints. If you are not looking to upgrade to these high-end graphics card (costing $2,000+) in the future, this MATX configuration is good for you as it is the most value for money build.

Limitation 2: The airflow will not be as good as the larger size ATX builds. With that said, you don't have to worry that your PC will overheat as we will install 3 or more case fans your PC.

◄How long do I need to wait for my PC?

Most of the time, we are able to deliver the PC the next working day. For more complicated builds, it might take us at most 3 days. Do drop us a message with the specifications you have chosen and we will be able to give you a more accurate delivery date!

◄Will I need to install Windows and drivers myself?

We will handle the essential software installation for you. This includes, your Windows operating system, the latest drivers for your hardware and the most updated version of the BIOS (motherboard software). All you need to do when you receive the PC is to plug in the power cord, your peripherals, hook up your monitor and you’re all set!

◄Can I build my PC with some specific components that are not listed on your website?

Of course you can, we are called a custom PC shop for that exact reason! Just let us know which components you want and we will do up a quotation for you. Dropping us a Whatsapp message will be most convenient and fastest way to get your quote!

◄What is your warranty policy?: All our PCs come with 3 years warranty, with the 1st year being on-site warranty. That means if your PC has any issue within the 1st year, we will go down to your place to rectify it. For the 2nd and 3rd year, you can bring down to our shop or engage our pick-up service for $20 (one-way).
◄My current PC is very slow, is it better to upgrade or buy a new PC?: Upgrading your current PC will be a better choice. Most of the office PC that we encountered are very outdated and dirty. Simple upgrades like adding in a SSD ($60), adding in more rams ($80), reformatting the system ($45) and cleaning the cooling fans ($30) will give your PC a great boost. Chat us up so we can understand more about your current PC and give you the correct quote!
◄What kind of work can the Officebox support?: Our Officebox is able to handle the common office softwares like the Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint. It can also run accounting softwares, invoicing programmes and internet surfing. If you are looking to do some video-editing, higher end renderings then this PC is unable to do it. For higher end rendering works, a Videobox is more suitable.

Adobe Photoshop Compatibility

Can the Officebox handle Adobe Photoshop?

We would recommend that you upgrade to the Ryzen 5 3400G processor if you are using the PC for some photoshop works. You also need to go for 16 GB of ram and a better cooler so as to prevent overheating of the processor.

How long can the PC last?

Invest in a custom office PC, more upgradibility.

Most office PCs can last for about 4-5 years before it needs an overhaul. This is because office software are not very demanding. If required, the Officebox is able to do component upgrades, saving you some money as compared to buying a new computer.
