◄Practicality - Should I choose Ready-to-Ship or the custom builds?

The RTS build was made to suit the needs of many, and to show you that you don't need to blow $2000 on your first PC to get things done. From tertiary students, to programmers, WFH executives, and creatives/content creators - this bad boy runs most programming, engineering, and creative softwares. eg. Tensorflow, Adobe Premiere Pro/Lightroom/Photoshop, Cinema4D, Live-streaming on OBS while gaming simultaneously.

Our Ready-to-Ship line benefits those who trust us to match their components for general work and play use. If you're more particular about your components or want more cosmetic upgrades on your PC, we'd recommend our Custom PCs.

◄Gaming Benchmarks - What games can this PC run, and how well?

◄Processor - Should I get Intel or AMD?

If you're looking to game and work, the AMD Ryzen 5 5600X is suffient in running most games and easier on the wallet. It also performs well on machine learning, photo editing, and graphics design. If you'd prefer higher fps compared to the ones shown in the "Gaming Benchmarks" tab, opt for the i5-13600KF instead!

If you're a video editor/animator/content creator, the Intel i5-13600KF is highly recommended as it's processing channels allow you to multitask larger projects and applications, and gives you a better rendering experience.
However, if you're starting out with a lower budget, the Ryzen 5 5600X is sufficient in rendering projects too, with the compromise of having a slightly longer wait time.

◄Upgrades - Should I opt for the 3060 Ti/32GB RAM?

If you are mostly using your PC to game, 16GB of RAM is more than sufficient. If you'd like better FPS than the one listed on our "Gaming Benchmark" tab, go for the i5-13600KF processor + 3060Ti GPU!

If you do heavy creative work, 32GB of RAM is recommended especially on video editing applications. The 3060Ti GPU will give you a better rendering experience if your application allows you to do GPU-based rendering (eg. Da Vinci Resolve or Blender).

◄Dimensions - What is the size of my case?

Lux White: Montech Air 100 - L405 / W210 / H425mm.

These cases are part of our compact cases range, suitable for most apartments and bedrooms in Singapore without compromising your performance and less of a hassle if you decide get PC spec upgrades in the future!

◄Plug & Play System - Operating System and Driver Installation

Let us handle the essential software installation for you. We will install the Windows 11 operating system, update the BIOS (motherboard software) and install all the latest drivers for your hardware. All you need to do when you receive the PC is to plug in the power cord, your peripherals, hook up your monitor and you’re all set!

If you choose not to activate your Windows, we will install the un-activated version of Windows 11 Home 64-Bit operating system, meaning the PC will still be usable. However, you will not be able to personalise the PC (change wallpaper/admin names) and there will be a "Windows Activation" watermark on the bottom right corner of your screen.

◄Warranty & Repairs - Duration and Service

Any PC bought from Mansa Computers comes with a 3-year warranty. The 1st year of your PC comes with on-site warranty. If your PC has any issue within the 1st year, we will go down to your convenience to rectify the issue for free. For the 2nd & 3rd year, you can either bring down your PC to our office or opt for our pick up service for $20 per trip.

◄Motherboard - Wi-Fi & Bluetooth connection

Generally, motherboards with "Wi-Fi & Bluetooth" in their listing name comes with wireless connection for both. You don't need to get another Wi-Fi & Bluetooth card if this detail is mentioned.

◄RAM - Single or dual channel?

We always use dual channel for our systems as it is performs better. If you have chosen 16 GB RAM, we will install 2 sticks of 8 GB RAM. Likewise, if you opted for 32 GB RAM, we will use 2 sticks of 16 GB RAM.

◄Power Supply - Which do I choose?

We have filtered the listing so that you will not match the wrong power supply (PSU) to the wrong graphics card (GPU). But just for your knowledge, this is the guideline on how power supplies are matched to the GPU of choice!

◄Monitors - How many screens can I plug into my PC?

Depending on the graphics card you have chosen, you can plug from 2-4 monitors to your setup.

◄Future Upgrades - When would I know it's time for a PC upgrade?

If you are experiencing lags due to software updates, that's about when you can start thinking of upgrading your parts!
Do keep in mind, sometimes clearing your digital storage and applications running in the background can help reduce lags and hangs without an upgrade.
◄Quality Assurance - Stress testing

Every PC will go through a series of strenuous tests before they are delivered. This is to ensure that your PC will be in its best condition and is able to withstand heavy usage, lowering the chances of breakdowns.

All the empty packaging of components we used to build your PC will be given to you with the full build, as a proof that we are using brand new and authentic components for your custom PC.

◄Payment Modes

We accept bank transfer, Paynow, Paylah!, Grabpay and Installment Plans through Shopee.

Installment plans are available - with 3% service fee. You will need a credit card under DBS, OCBC, UOB, and Amex. 6-month and 12-month options are available.

Drop us a WhatsApp message to discuss and finalise the specifications of your PC. Afterwards, we will open a new listing on Shopee and you can just make the installment purchase through the link.
