Power Surge
A customer came to us with a critical issue — their power supply socket had been damaged by a power surge
Testing the System
We began by carefully inspecting the other components of the PC, using our tester power supply to ensure everything was functioning properly. After testing, it was clear that the rest of the system was in good shape
Removing Faulty Power Supply
With the confirmation that the rest of the system was in good shape, we provided the customer with a quote for replacing the faulty power supply. Once approved, we carefully removed the damaged unit, ensuring no other components were impacted
New Power Supply
We swiftly replaced the damaged power supply with a brand-new one, ensuring that everything was properly connected. After securing the power supply in place, we screwed the case back together
Final Check
After everything was completed, we ran another round of testing to ensure everything was running at its best
Ready to Go
With everything running smoothly, the PC was ready to be handed back to the customer!
