Is there warranty if I purchase my PC with Mansa Computers?
All PCs built by Mansa Computers come with 3 years warranty with the first year being onsite warranty. What that means is if your PC has a hardware issue, we will head over to your place and settle it onsite for you if possible. If not, we will bring it back to our workshop to fix it and send it back to you at no cost. Rest easy because you are well covered.
How long will I have to wait if I were to place an order?
We will build and deliver your PC in a day after your order is confirmed!
Do you guys accept installment plans?
Yes we do. We process our installments via Shopee (DBS/OCBC/UOB credit cards) or Lazada (DBS/OCBC credit cards). They offer 6 or 12 months installment plans at 0% interest. However, there will be a 3% credit card processing fee that would be applied to your payment amount.
What kind of payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, bank transfers, PayLah! or PayNow. For credit card payments, we process them through Shopee or Lazada (3% processing fee applies) or Grabpay (processing fee waived!).
Is delivery inclusive? Can I opt for self collection?
All new custom PCs built by Mansa comes with free delivery. Our delivery timing is generally 7pm - 10pm every day. If you are in a rush and prefer to get your PC earlier, you can always drop by and collect your PC from our workshop from 1pm - 6pm daily!
Do you all ship internationally?
Unfortunately, no. However, if you are ready to arrange your own shipping arrangements we are still open to fulfilling your order. Do note take note that warranty for hardware will still be bound to Singapore and if there is any hardware issue, you would need to ship the component or PC back to Singapore for the warranty service.
I'm ready to order how should I proceed?
Simply customize your build and check out via our website! If you prefer a more personal touch, hit us up on Whatsapp we we'd be happy to process the order through Whatsapp for you!
How can I track my order?
You can always drop us a Whatsapp text. Your order is tagged to the mobile number that you entered during checkout. We'll update you via Whatsapp when your order is ready for delivery.

Custom PC Related Enquiries

Can I reuse some of my own parts in the new build I'm purchasing from Mansa?
Yes of course! You can either head down to our workshop to hand us the parts you wish to reuse, or have us head over to pick up your old PC or parts from you ($20)! Just make sure that your parts are still working before hand!
Do you all do custom water cooling?

Sure we can! I want to buy some parts that are not available in your selection. Can you guys source for it?
Yes for sure. For a truly custom experience, feel free to drop us a message on Whatsapp (click the Whatsapp icon below!) we'll come up with a customized quote for you there.
I already have a PC. Can I just get components from you guys for upgrades?
Yes of course! We sell components and also provide the service to help you with the installation. Our service fee ranges from $50 - $120 depending on the amount of work done. So just drop us a text and we can quote you directly.
Can I buy a component and get you guys to do an upgrade for me at my home?
For sure! We do onsite upgrades all the time. Just drop us a text and we will quote you the price of the component and service fee for the onsite upgrade!
