Meet TeamMANSA

Ever wondered how the magic elves who built your PCs look like? Or who came up with that funny TikTok post? Here you'll get to know everything about Team Mansa - even the real boss behind the business.

Scroll, it gets weirder
Robin

Robin

Desktop Engineer, Keyboard Enthusiast · AI Wiz

“Robin is not my actual name.”- Robin, 2022

A young boy with an old soul - that's how we know him around here.

Being a custom keyboard lover, he regularly bugs us to join Discord raffles for custom keyboards (we haven't won any yet though).

Blessed with an inquisitive mind, he often finds himself all over the place trying to learn everything at once.

This same mind of his once got him to sniff a bean ... which landed him in the hospital.

We really hope he survives his uni.

Ziyang

Ziyang

Customer Service, Souls Masochist · Ex-Durian Salesman

“I have died more than 2000 times playing Elden Ring.”- Ziyang, 2024

Ziyang has died over 2000 times in Elden Ring. Some call it dedication, others call it a cry for help. Us? We call it perfect training for customer service.

Before joining Mansa, Ziyang helped run the family business selling clothes and durians while studying Game Development. Turns out dealing with customers in a market is pretty solid training for handling PC build queries.

His girlfriend also happens to be from Australia, which is probably one of the biggest reasons as to why he's trained to reply text messages so quickly.

At this point, we're convinced his entire life has been training for this job.

We didn't hire Ziyang. The universe did.

Dylan

Dylan

Desktop Engineer, LTT Disciple · The Office Rewatcher

“My MH Wilds HR better than Nic already 😂”- Dylan, 2025

Dylan is the only guy at Mansa who uses the LTT Screwdriver. Not because it's objectively better than any other screwdriver, but who understands why anyone does anything right?

When he's not carefully building PCs with his premium screwdriver (which does the exact same thing as our $5 ones), Dylan is busy grinding some recent game he's been addicted to. In the last run, he was higher HR (Hunter Rank) than Nic so now, he gets to use it as his quote.

Who knows what'll be his next game? For now let's just call it:
{{ current_trending_game_title }}

In his downtime, when Dylan runs out of things to watch, he defaults to The Office. Again. For the 67th time. We're pretty sure he can quote entire episodes at this point.

We're definitely NOT going to send him to an emergency first-aid CPR course.

Matthew

Matthew

Senior Builder, Aspiring Skyscraper · Jurassic Park Fanboy

“The higher the hair, the more confident I'll be.”- Matthew, 2025

Matthew dreams of the day his hair reaches a glorious 15cm in height. We're not entirely sure if he's going for that K-pop idol look or if he's just trying to see over the monitors without standing up.

Either way, we're supportive. Sort of.

When he's not busy gelling his hair into architectural marvels, Matthew is busy admiring reptilian skin textures. The man loves reptiles - especially dinosaurs.

In his downtime, Matthew flexes his artistic muscles doing digital drawings, specifically that of pretty female characters. To put it more colloquially - drawing waifus.

We're just hoping he doesn't start drawing dinosaur waifus.

Chun Seng

Chun Seng

Desktop Engineer · Headshot Minimalist · Do Not Lose His Things

“Just move and point your cursor on enemy head. Thats it.”(His complete FPS coaching syllabus, delivered in full.)- Chun Seng, 2025

Ask Chun Seng how to get good at shooting games and you will receive the entire method in one sentence: move, and put your cursor on the enemy's head. That's it. He's careful to clarify that he isn't a pro. Only that he's better than you.

He's also an introvert, and he'd like the extroverts to know that two minutes of silence has never actually killed anybody. Once you're friends, he talks plenty. But if you're getting "oh, okok" back, that isn't the friendship failing - that's a status code. It means he's busy or not in the mood, and the correct move is to try again tomorrow.

There is exactly one thing guaranteed to destroy his entire day, and it's losing his stuff. This is not a figure of speech. He will spend the whole day looking for it. So if you're in the workshop and you pick something up, put it back exactly where you found it. He wasn't joking and neither are we.

Fortunately for you: a man who'll hunt all day for one missing thing is precisely who you want tracing the rattle inside your PC.

Melvin

Melvin

Desktop Engineer · Cereal Fundamentalist · Landlord To Six Cats

“I have six cat and 1 dog at my home.”- Melvin, 2026

Six cats. One dog. We asked whether the dog understands that it is outnumbered six to one. Melvin says they all get along fine, which we've decided means the dog has quietly accepted the political reality of the household.

Breakfast is not a decision Melvin makes each morning. It's a formality. Cereal is always the first choice, has always been the first choice, and any morning that deviates from this gets treated as a scheduling error.

Then there's League of Legends - thirteen years of it, peak rank Diamond. Thirteen years is longer than some of our customers have owned a PC. For the uninitiated: Diamond means he's genuinely good at it, and also that he has seen things.

Thirteen years of ranked and six cats. We genuinely can't tell which one built the patience.

Ankit

Ankit

Desktop Engineer · Vegetarian Protein Analyst · Speaks Of Himself In Third Person

“Ankit balances tech life and wife.”(Yes. That's how he submitted it.)- Ankit, 2025

When we asked Ankit for three fun facts, he filed them in the third person, like a man issuing a press release about himself. We've kept all three exactly as written, because editing them would be a crime.

It's the verb that gets us. Not juggles. Not survives. Balances. The man has a system, and the system is holding.

Fact two: Ankit thinks about vegetarian protein sources. Not eats. Thinks about. So if you ever need the protein content of chickpeas, lentils, tofu or a fistful of almonds recalled from memory with no warning, he is standing right there and he is ready.

Fact three is the one he actually wanted on the record: go-to guy for PC repair and friendly support. And the thing is, he wasn't being modest and he wasn't selling himself. He was just answering the question accurately.

We asked for three fun facts and received a press release. Correct on all three counts, though.

Faiz

Faiz

Marketing, Videographer Editor · Is That Faiz? Or is that Faiz?

“This sh** is damn hilarious!”(Showing us a meme that's too Gen Z for us. We didn't laugh.)- Faiz, 2023

When we asked him for a fun fact he asked us back for a fun fact about him. We threatened to write that he enjoys slowly releasing his fart on an MRT just to see how other's would react. But because he just got his Class 2B license, that'll probably not happen anymore.

While insisting that he's not your typical Gen Z and showing us obscure memes that's harder to laugh at than dad jokes, Faiz happens to also be very well-versed in the culinary arts.

He's able to tell us that Pecorino is made from sheep's/goat's milk and that proper lasagna has Béchamel in it.

On top of that, he's also telling us some cool PC tech tips on IG Reels & Tiktok . Follow us to find out more!

Adam

Adam

Photographer, Static Visuals · Air Frying Evangelist

“Air frying is my religion.”- Adam, 2025

In VR Chat, Adam roleplays as a fat cat. Why? Because he loves meeting people in VR, and apparently nothing says "let's be friends" quite like being an overweight feline avatar.

Back in the real world, Adam owns at least 42 charging cables for his mountain of random tech gadgets. His storage at home is a mini Amazon warehouse. But hey, who's to say how many charging cables are actually enough? (But seriously, maybe like anything from 3-10 cables Adam?)

Outside of work, Adam is the self-proclaimed king of air frying. He takes this title very seriously - air frying isn't just a hobby for him, it's a way of life.

We're not even going to be remotely surprised if he coded his VR avatar to spit out air-fried food.

Chy Xin

Chy Xin

Content Strategist · Certified Showman Stan · Two-Time Victim Of Fictional Men

“So total, 7 times I watch and still counting haha”- Chy Xin, 2025

Chy Xin watched The Greatest Showman five times in an actual cinema (twice online). She only needed to watch it once. A different friend each time, dragged in so they could see for themselves how good the movie was. "Brought" is the word she used. We think the honest word is "forced".

That isn't fandom. That's a one-woman distribution campaign, which is conveniently the exact job we hired her for.

She has also had her heart broken twice, both times by fictional men. At 11, her mum confessed that Santa had not been the one filling the socks by the window, and she hid under her bedroom table to cry about it. At 13, she discovered that Sherlock Holmes never solved a single real case, because Sherlock Holmes was never a real person. Two for two.

Her one confirmed fear is snails. Specifically the possibility of one touching her foot on the pavement after evening rain. We've asked. There is no negotiating on this.

We're just not going to be the ones to bring up the Tooth Fairy.

Nicholas

Nicholas

Co-Founder, Marketing · Somehow Managed To Colour His Hair Before His Reservist ... 3 Times

“Nono I'm not pissed. This is just my default face.”- Nic, 2022

"Why you so tired? Never sleep last night ah?" is one of the most common responses that you'll hear when someone first sees Nic.

He is the proud owner of Sparkie, a female Japanese Spitz that's absolutely adorable. Because of her, he once wanted to be a full-time dog trainer - because dogs are less complicated than people amirite?

These days you can either find him on a Tiktok livestream (@mansacomputers follow us!), or hopefully at a cafe somewhere with his doggo.

Ok, enough about your doggo sir.

Vincent

Vincent

Co-Founder, Ops & Finance · Off The Market

“M̶a̶t̶e̶, I̶ d̶o̶n̶'t̶ h̶a̶v̶e̶ t̶i̶m̶e̶ t̶o̶ d̶a̶t̶e̶ b̶u̶t̶ I̶ r̶e̶a̶l̶l̶y̶ w̶a̶n̶t̶ t̶o̶ s̶e̶t̶t̶l̶e̶ d̶o̶w̶n̶.”(Now happily attached!)- Vincent, 2022

He drinks his coffee black and without sugar. “Kopi-O Kosong Tit-Lo” was a phrase that many of us picked up only after grabbing a coffee for him.

Born in 1991, this very eligible bachelor values family, treats his friends well, and is also a very hardworking man. A true gentleman, he is the kind of guy who will pick you up before a date and send you home safely after.

His interests are coffee, swimming, real estate, and investing in general. He also loves pork and claims that it is the best delicacy.

No longer single, no longer ready to mingle!

Sindy

Sindy

Co-Founder, Human Resources · Likes Anything Cute, White, Or Pink

“If I had a warning label, it would read: DO NOT slam the fridge.”- Sindy, 2022

An avid foodie, talking about food gets Sindy excited. This season, she is particularly in love with sourdough pizza. For those who want to get into her good books, you're welcome.

Her childhood dream is to be a 7-Eleven cashier girl because she loves scanning bar codes. Knowing this fact now, we think she might be a really good fit in the logistics department.

Every month on the 25th, we'll all receive a simultaneous ping from Sindy to remind us that claims submission is closing. And we'd all be secretly happy.

Because that means payday is coming. Heh.

Max

Max

Co-Founder, Ops & E-Commerce · Owns A Pair Of Ridiculous Prawn Shorts From H&M

“Don't worry. CONFIDENCE.”- Max, 2022

You guys may know him as the Whatsapp guy. But here in office, we know him as the Clorox guy.

Being the extremely neat and clean person that he is, it is our belief that if he could open a cleaning company, he would. But because he aspires to be the next Nam Do San, if he had a cleaning company, it'd most definitely be automated and powered by AI.

Outside of work, he's usually the joker of the group - often spewing nonsensical jokes to crack everyone up. You wouldn't even think that he's capable of being serious.

Just wait till you see him at work.

Enzo

Enzo

Biggest Real Boss of Mansa, Chief of Cuteness · Coco Melon Connoisseur

“Buh buh BUHHH. *happy squeals*”- Enzo, 2022

As he squeezes a cold packet of Pokka Green Tea in his cute little hands, Enzo squeals in delight because of the soothing chilling sensation it brings.

But also because everything seems to be going well on the Ops floor. "Yet another day that PCs are delivered to customers within a day.", he must be thinking.

Sitting atop his throne, he looks at everything that's happening in the office with a keen eye. Scrutinizing every detail - all while Wheels on The Bus by Coco Melon plays in the background. A timeless classic.

As he makes his daily rounds around the office, there is always at least one bodyguard by his side at all times. "DAAAH BAAAAH AHHHHH!" he exclaims. Another day, another inspiring pep talk for all of us.

It is now 4pm - like clockwork, Enzo is escorted into his own private suite at the back of the shop.

"What a productive day.", he must be thinking, as he drifts into a deep slumber.

Shhhhhh ... Quiet now. You don't want to wake him and face his wrath.

Ang Kong Hua

Ang Kong Hua

GIC Investment Chairman | Jazz Junkie | Master of the Deep

Don’t let the calm exterior fool you — Ang Kong Hua has been making heavyweight moves in Singapore’s business circles since fax machines were cutting-edge.

With decades of boardroom wizardry and the gravitas of a true statesman, Mr. Ang recently joined the Mansa orbit as a key investor and guiding force.

When he’s not lighting up the financial scene, he’s diving coral reefs, jamming to jazz, or throwing a smooth punch or two in martial arts. Word on the street? He shoots film, not people. Cool, collected, and deeply cultured, he brings class, clarity, and a whole lot of calm to our electric crew.
