Summary:
Candidate will support Desktop Engineer with the installation, maintenance and repairs of computer hardware and software. He / she will provide technology support to walk-in customers, existing orders and customers who require on-site assistance. This position also includes retail and online sales activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the company structure and brand
  • PC building, assembly, modification and testing of electronic components and computer parts
  • Installation and set-up of desktop computer hardware and software
  • Understand inventory storage and replenishment processes
  • Perform maintenance and repairs for computer hardware and software as necessary
  • Attend to in-store customers’ enquiries and retail sale
  • Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex PC problems for end users
  • Liaise with, and provide training and support to, end users and staff on computer operation and other issues
  • Assist with delivery and distribution of PC, component sales and peripherals
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hardware and equipment
  • Perform any other duties assigned


Requirements:

  • Candidates are required to handle heavy equipment / desktop builds
  • Intermediate to advanced computer component knowledge
  • Prior computer/systems building experience is a plus

Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Safely and efficiently operate a company vehicle to deliver custom desktop PCs to customers' homes or businesses.
  • Load and unload PCs and other equipment from the delivery vehicle, ensuring that all items are handled with care to prevent damage.
  • Verify delivery instructions and shipping addresses before departure to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
  • Communicate with customers to confirm delivery times and provide updates on the status of their orders.
  • Collect payments from customers upon delivery, if required, and provide receipts as needed.
  • Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving and operating company vehicles.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle, including regular inspections and maintenance checks.
  • Assist with other warehouse or delivery-related tasks as needed, including inventory management and order fulfillment.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
    Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with local roads and neighborhoods in the delivery area.

Summary:
The Intern (E-Commerce) role is an important role that is vital in supporting e-commerce operations aspects of the business. He/she will help in providing a seamless online shopping experience through marketing initiatives in coordination with the Manager in charge. He/she will also be part of the team to support marketing campaigns of online portals and website to drive online sales.
