Summary:
Candidate will support Desktop Engineer with the installation, maintenance and repairs of computer hardware and software. He / she will provide technology support to walk-in customers, existing orders and customers who require on-site assistance. This position also includes retail and online sales activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the company structure and brand
  • PC building, assembly, modification and testing of electronic components and computer parts
  • Installation and set-up of desktop computer hardware and software
  • Understand inventory storage and replenishment processes
  • Perform maintenance and repairs for computer hardware and software as necessary
  • Attend to in-store customers’ enquiries and retail sale
  • Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex PC problems for end users
  • Liaise with, and provide training and support to, end users and staff on computer operation and other issues
  • Assist with delivery and distribution of PC, component sales and peripherals
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hardware and equipment
  • Perform any other duties assigned


Requirements:

  • Candidates are required to handle heavy equipment / desktop builds
  • Intermediate to advanced computer component knowledge
  • Prior computer/systems building experience is a plus
  • Keen attention to details
  • Proactive team player with good attitude
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities

Summary:
The Human Resource (HR) Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions and processes, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of human resource activities. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a passion for HR practices. He/she will also be in charge of personnel management, social welfare and maintenance of important HR records.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including document preparation, filing, and data entry
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases
  • Coordinate the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
  • Assist in the onboarding process, including the preparation of new hire paperwork and orientation materials
  • Manage new employees’ orientations, process probationary reviews, employee evaluations and terminations
  • Address routine employee inquiries and grievances at work
  • Provide support in resolving HR-related issues and implement corrective measures
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and events
  • Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks
  • Ensure adherence and compliance to HR policies, government laws and regulations
  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees
  • Assist in tracking employee tracking and development activities
  • Prepare and process timely distribution of monthly payroll, increment salary slip, leave encashment and final settlements 
  • Engage employees and manage their social welfare (plan company events, activities on occasions, schedule training sessions)
  • Perform any other duties or HR projects as assigned by management


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • Keen attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in Human Resource Information System software is a plus
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion at all times

Part Time / Internship Positions

Summary:
The Intern (E-Commerce) role is an important role that is vital in supporting e-commerce operations aspects of the business. He/she will help in providing a seamless online shopping experience through marketing initiatives in coordination with the Manager in charge. He/she will also be part of the team to support marketing campaigns of online portals and website to drive online sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the e-commerce manager in day to day ecommerce and onsite campaign operations
  • Conceptualize and produce online assets for brand and tactical campaign
  • Optimize landing pages, ensuring SKUs featured on online portals are updated
  • Monitor, record and maximise internet presence, engagement, brand awareness, printed and online press coverage, search rankings and visibility
  • Conceptualize setup for product shoots and styling
  • Edit and produce images of products, product copy and descriptions
  • Foster positive relationships with suppliers, partner organizations, and other professionals
  • Proactively monitor sales of products and identify new products to be listed
  • Manage product availability and status updates
  • Handle channel-specific questions and enquiries
  • Optimize day-to-day order fulfilment and ensure timely and efficient order processing
  • Help to drive operational activities related to fulfilment of orders
  • Identify opportunities to streamline operations, improve return rates and cancellations
  • Perform any other adhoc duties as assigned

  • Assist in the management of our content calendar and help ensure that all content is delivered on time and meets our quality standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in content creation, social media, and digital marketing.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging and error-free content for various platforms and audiences.
  • Proficiency in photography and videography, with experience using editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube, and an understanding of how to create content that drives engagement and builds brand awareness.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiasm for technology and a desire to learn and grow in the field of content creation and digital marketing.
