1440p High-Refresh Rate Gaming PC
RTX 5070 Ti + Ryzen 7 9800X3D
Phanteks Evolv S2 - White
SGD $5,400
This RTX 5070 Ti gaming PC in Singapore is built around the Gigabyte RTX 5070 Ti Aero OC and AMD's Ryzen 7 9800X3D, in a full all-white build inside the Phanteks Evolv S2. GamersNexus measured the RTX 5070 Ti at an average of 187 FPS in FFXIV Dawntrail.
The Ryzen 7 9800X3D is one of AMD’s strongest gaming processors, built around 3D V-Cache technology for high frame rates and smooth frame delivery. In gaming, this cuts down how often the CPU waits for data from memory, and the result is consistently higher frame rates compared to non-3D-cache CPUs at the same clock speed. Paired with the RTX 5070 Ti, this helps reduce CPU-side limits in CPU-sensitive games, especially at high-refresh-rate 1440p.
The rest of the build is built to match. The Samsung 9100 Pro is a Gen 5 NVMe (Non-Volatile Memory Express) SSD, one of the fastest consumer drives available. The Klevv Cras V DDR5 kit runs at 64 GB, which covers both gaming and content creation without compromise. Cooling is handled by the Corsair iCUE Link Titan RX 360 AIO (All-In-One liquid cooler) in white. Total: $5,400 SGD.

PERFORMANCE
GamersNexus measured the RTX 5070 Ti at an average of 187 FPS in FFXIV Dawntrail. Black Myth: Wukong runs at 87 FPS, Starfield at 101 FPS, and Dragon’s Dogma 2 at around 120 FPS, all at 1440p based on GamersNexus benchmark testing. Performance varies by game and settings, but the RTX 5070 Ti is best positioned as a strong 1440p native gaming card, with DLSS and Multi-Frame Generation available in supported titles.
The Ryzen 7 9800X3D's 3D V-Cache reduces latency between the CPU and game data held in cache. CPU-sensitive games can benefit from the 9800X3D’s extra cache, especially when the GPU is not the limiting factor. At 1440p, where GPU utilisation is usually high, the 9800X3D helps keep CPU-side limits low in CPU-sensitive games.
The Samsung 9100 Pro Gen 5 SSD gives the build very fast storage for large game libraries, file transfers, and heavy workloads. Real-world game load-time improvements can vary by title.
The NVIDIA RTX 5070 Ti is described as “a great 1440p native solution, or 4K with upscaling.”
