SilverStone RM23-502-MINI 2U Rackmount Server Chassis

SilverStone RM23-502-MINI is a compact 2U rackmount server chassis supporting Micro-ATX and Mini-ITX motherboards. Its 400mm depth accommodates two external 5.25" device bays, two internal 3.5" bays, one 2.5" bay and four low-profile expansion slots.

• Small server integrators needing four low-profile expansion slots and two front 80mm fan mounting positions.
• Budget-conscious builders requiring compatible ATX PS2, 2U Single or 2U Redundant PSU options.

Not suitable for ATX motherboards, high-expansion builds or systems requiring integrated hot-swap drive bays.

Before You Buy

• Supports Micro-ATX and Mini-ITX motherboards only. ATX and larger motherboards are not supported.
• SilverStone recommends a combined PSU and 5.25" device length of no more than 350mm, allowing 40mm of clearance for power cables.
• Internal storage includes two 3.5" bays and one 2.5" bay. The two external 5.25" bays accommodate compatible 5.25" devices.

How does the RM23-502-MINI compare to the regular RM23-502?

The MINI is more compact: 400mm depth vs 580mm, supports only Micro-ATX and Mini-ITX (not full ATX), has 2 x 3.5" instead of 5, and 4 PCIe slots instead of 7. Choose MINI for space constraints, regular RM23-502 for standard server builds.

What power supply options does the RM23-502-MINI accept?
