SilverStone RM44 4U Rackmount Server Chassis

SilverStone RM44 is a 4U rackmount chassis for GPU servers and AI workstations that need full-height cards and serious cooling. It takes SSI-EEB and E-ATX boards, 8 expansion slots, and a front 360mm radiator. Local Singapore warranty support through Mansa.

Who it suits

• GPU computing and AI workstation builds benefit from eight expansion slots and cards up to 424mm long without front cooling hardware. Check GPU thickness and power requirements.
• Water-cooled builds get front radiator room for a 360mm, a 240mm plus 120mm, or three 120mm fans.
• Large server boards fit, from SSI-EEB and E-ATX down to Mini-ITX, with up to 148mm CPU cooler height.
• Not ideal for high-density NAS or hot-swap storage. RM44 has limited internal drive bays; consider RM43-320-RS or RM41-H08 for storage-focused builds.

Before you buy

• CPU cooler height is 137mm with the expansion card retainer installed, or 148mm without it.
• The 424mm card length applies only without front fans or radiators installed. A front radiator reduces it.
• 2U Redundant PSU support needs RM44 V3.0 or later. ATX (PS2) and Mini Redundant PSUs up to 255mm fit all versions.

Are front fans included with the RM44?

SilverStone's spec sheet lists only the 2 x 80mm rear fans as included. The three front 120mm positions are listed without fans, so plan to add your own fans or a radiator.

Does the RM44 come with rack rails?

SilverStone lists the RMS05-22 slide rail as compatible. The spec sheet does not say rails are included, so treat them as a separate purchase unless staff confirm otherwise.
