◄What is the main difference between ATX and Micro-ATX?

ATX is a full-size motherboard form factor, while Micro-ATX is a smaller version of the ATX form factor.

ATX motherboards have more expansion slots and ports compared to MATX motherboards which are great for expandability.

◄Will I need to install Windows and drivers myself?

We will handle the essential software installation for you. This includes, your Windows operating system, the latest drivers for your hardware and the most updated version of the BIOS (motherboard software). All you need to do when you receive the PC is to plug in the power cord, your peripherals, hook up your monitor and you’re all set!

◄Will turning off my aircon cause my PC to overheat?

You don't have to keep your aircon on. The computer's internal cooling system (fans and CPU cooler) can keep the computer adequately cooled.

◄Can I build my PC with some specific components that are not listed on your website?

Of course you can, we are called a custom PC shop for that exact reason! Just let us know which components you want and we will do up a quotation for you. Dropping us a Whatsapp message will be most convenient and fastest way to get your quote!
◄Wi-Fi & Bluetooth: Can my PC connect to Wi-Fi & Bluetooth?

If the motherboard chosen has a "Wi-Fi & Bluetooth" at the end of its name, then you will be able to connect to Wi-Fi & Bluetooth without the need to add on an additional Wi-Fi & Bluetooth card. We have disabled the Wi-Fi card option if you chose a motherboard that comes with Wi-Fi capability, so you don't have to worry about it!

◄Ram: Single channel or dual channel rams?

We always use dual channel for our systems as it is performs better. If you have chosen for 16 GB of ram, we will install 2 sticks of 8 GB ram. Likewise, if you opted for 32 GB of ram, we will use 2 sticks of 16 GB ram.

◄Power Supply: Which power supply should I choose?

We have already condition the listing such that you will not match the wrong power supply to the wrong graphics card. But just for your knowledge, this is the guideline for the power supply needed!

◄Operating System: Will I have to install my own OS if I select the un-activated version of Windows 11?

Nope, we will handle the Operating System for you. We will install the un-activated version of Windows 11 Home 64-Bit operating system if you have chosen the un-activated Windows 11. The PC will still be usable. You can install games and softwares to use on it. However, you will not be able to personalize the PC (change wallpaper/admin names) and there will be a "Windows Activation" water mark at the bottom right hand corner of your screen, which can be quite irritating.
◄3-Years Warranty

Your new PC will come with a 3-year warranty, with the 1st year being an onsite warranty. This means that if your PC faces any issue within the 1st year, we will go down to your home/office to rectify the issue for free. For the 2nd & 3rd year, you can either bring down your PC to our office or you can opt for our pick up service for $20 per way.

Your Windows operating system, BIOS and drivers will be installed to the latest versions. All you have to do is connect your PC to the power source and monitor and it will be ready for use!

◄5 hours of stress-testing

Every PC will go through a series of strenuous tests before they are being delivered. This is to ensure that your PC will be in its best condition and be able to withstand any heavy usage, lowering the chances of any breakdowns.

◄Component boxes will be given

Your component boxes will be given to you as proof that we are using brand-new components for your custom PC.

◄Payment Modes

We accept bank transfer, Paynow, Paylah!, Grabpay and Installment Plan through Shopee.

Installment plans are available - a 4% service fee applies. You will need to have a OCBC or DBS credit card. 6 months and 12 months options are available. Drop us a WhatsApp to discuss and finalize the specifications of your PC. After which, we will open a new listing on Shopee and you can just make the installment purchase through the link.
