The Upgrade Process

The whole upgrade process started when our client contacted us via Facebook Messenger for an enquiry from the comfort of her home. As you can see, you can still reach us even after work hours! As long as we are able to respond, we will :)

She specifically requested for us to try and reuse her storage drives. After our in-house testing, both her SSD and HDD were reusable and thus, were ported over to her new rig.

Our client opted for our pickup service ($20) so we collected her old PC at a time that she was available and brought it back to our office.

It looks pretty messy now but after our makeover, the whole PC is going to look sick!

 

The upgrade was completed in 1 day. She opted for us to send the PC back to her ($20) as well. The whole process was seamless and she was able to communicate with us directly so we could accommodate to her needs.

We still had some time before our delivery window at night from 7-10pm so we had to snap some pictures of this beauty.
